This allows online access to all time series data from all instruments, starting from the first installations in the second half of 2016.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Additionally, over 1.2 million data records are received and saved from the field every day.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrex.it\/en\/applications\/application-examples\/antas-the-integrated-energy-management-of-public-buildings.html\/attachment\/antas-22\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3729\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3729\" src=\"https:\/\/www.electrex.it\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Antas-22.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"464\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.electrex.it\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Antas-22-200x129.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.electrex.it\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Antas-22-300x194.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.electrex.it\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Antas-22-400x259.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.electrex.it\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Antas-22.jpg 464w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 464px) 100vw, 464px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 data-fontsize=\"18\" data-lineheight=\"27\">Antas&#8217; strategy and the selection of the supplier of the control and monitoring system<\/h2>\n<p>One of Antas&#8217; objectives was not only a fulfillment of specifications as listed in the tender. The goal of this project was to be an opportunity for innovation. The monitoring and control system had to be the starting point for an integrated energy management system.<\/p>\n<p>Other key requirements for Antas were the reliability of the systems and assuring technical assistance rapidly.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the market analysis, Antas decided to implement the Electrex systems with the same company they developed a solution that would meet immediate and future objectives.<\/p>\n<h2 data-fontsize=\"18\" data-lineheight=\"27\">The development of the customized solution for Antas<\/h2>\n<p>Given that the most relevant parameters were the electrical ones, it was therefore decided to install the &#8220;head&#8221; of the system, called SEB, near the power distribution main panel.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"fusion-no-lightbox\" href=\"http:\/\/www.electrex.it\/en\/?attachment_id=3728\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3728\" src=\"http:\/\/www.electrex.it\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Antas-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"389\" height=\"233\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.electrex.it\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Antas-3-200x120.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.electrex.it\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Antas-3-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.electrex.it\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Antas-3.jpg 389w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 389px) 100vw, 389px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>For reasons of time, stability and reduction of electromagnetic pollution, wired connections have been preferred.<br \/>\nThe instruments were placed inside a pre-wired panel, equipped with a UPS-charger and battery that could be quickly installed and put into operation.<\/p>\n<p>The SEB, has been designed, so it may become the &#8220;head&#8221; of a modular and scalable system that is also an &#8220;active&#8221; node serving as an actuator.<\/p>\n<h2>Ease of installation<\/h2>\n<p>The SEB is built in a way that maintenance technicians do not need to open it. While the wiring of the instruments in the field is simplified thanks to the use of special polarized connectors that prevent also installation errors.<br \/>\nThese and other engineering choices reduce invasiveness and time of the installation. Power Quality and\u00a0Harmonic Analysis.<br \/>\n&#8211; Datalogger and Gateway between the Ethernet and \/ or Wi-Fi port and the RS485 port for communication and acquisition in Modbus protocol from slave instruments.<br \/>\n&#8211; The instrument can communicate directly with the Wi-Fi network \/ devices without the need to be connected via an Ethernet cable to a LAN.<br \/>\n&#8211; Embedded Web server with programming functions also remotely and display of the main instantaneous measurements on a web page.<br \/>\n&#8211; the Communication Module for communicating via Power line \/ conveyed waves and for remotely accessing the system<br \/>\n&#8211; the version equipped with a switch, when the end user makes available a wired Ethernet connection<br \/>\n&#8211;
