The Electrex monitoring systems
The Electrex solutions are used in the Energy Efficiency and Energy Automation applications, for the industrial, tertiary, residential and renewable resources sectors allowing a rapid return on investment.
The growing price of energy added to an increasing use of automatic machines and electric devices makes the energy cost more and more relevant in comparison to the total cost of whichever activity. Often the energy costs are higher than the raw material or the manpower costs.
Amadori Group - Energy as a strategic resource to support growth. The ISO 50001 Energy Management System certificationThe degree of awareness of the "energy problem" for Italian companies that emerged from the research carried out at the end of 2012 from the Politecnico di Milano (Energy Efficiency Report - November 2012) is rather bleak.
The diffusion of organizational figures professionally dedicated to energy management within companies is very limited and this is reflected in a lack of attention to the measurement and control of energy consumption. 69% of companies take only rudimentary approaches to measure and control energy consumption, and between small and medium size only 5% of adopting an "energy management system".
Tetra Pak uses the Electrex monitoring networks to reduce CO2 emissions and improve the energy efficiency of its plants.
The first installations of Electrex networks in Tetra Pak production plants date back to 2003 and have gradually developed over the years.
Tetra Pak, which is always attentive to environmental issues in order to reduce the impact on climate change, has set an overall target for all its activities. One of the first objectives was to achieve by 2010 a total 10% reduction of CO2 emissions, compared to 2005.

The Credem Group controls and manages the photovoltaic system using an Electrex monitoring system
The Credem Banking Group, has been always attentive to the theme of cost management and the return on investment. When they decided to install a photovoltaic system at one of their properties it was considered appropriate to adopt a system for measuring and managing the plant, in order to ensure a more efficient and effective management. The choice has fallen on an Electrex monitoring system which provides to the Energy Manager and the maintainer a continuous control on the operation of each component (inverter, panels, etc..) In order to avoid total or partial production blocking and at the same time allows to measure the energy used for production activities.
